Mr. Alejandro Santana García-Fuster
President of the Board of Administration (representing Perennius, S.L.)

Alejandro holds a degree in Law and Economic Sciences from the University Pontificia of Comillas (ICADE), in addition to an honors MBA from Duke University in North Carolina, USA. He has spent the majority of his professional career as an external consultant for the corporate finance division of Argentaria, and also as a strategic consultant as a part of The Boston Consulting Group in Madrid where he developed strategic plans for a diverse group of companies from different sectors.
Additionally, Alejandro has had experience as an entrepreneur and has spent part of his career in various sectors such as in services (Yum Brands International, restaurant group focused on fast food), in technology (TapRoot Systems, developer of software for mobile phones) and finance (Banesto). Currently, he is Co-CEO at Grupo Perennius.

Mr. Esteban Aguado Rodríguez
Board Member and Non-executive Partner

Currently he is the Vice-president of BBVA Investment Banking in the department of Corporate Finance. He has led corporate operations for mergers and acquisitions in diverse sectors such as retail, technology, logistics, telecom and venture capital. Prior to his work at BBVA, he spent his professional career in the area of corporate finance at KPMG and investment banking at HSBC and Société Générale. Esteban holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University Pontificia of Comillas (ICADE).

Mr. Rodrigo Miranda Beltrán
Board Member and Non-executive Partner

Rodrigo has a degree in Telecommunication Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, and is also an Associate Professor at the IE Business School and EMBA 2009 at the IESE Business School. He has developed a good portion of his career in the area of new technologies and in positions such as Regional Manager with mCentric, as Director and Co-founder of SearchMedia and Product Manager at Meta4. He was the General Manager of Grupo Demini and currently, he is the General Manager at Shackleton DMO. Rodrigo has 12 years of experience in the IT sector and has had experience as an entrepreneur and currently he is the Co-found of the IESE Entrepreneur and Venture Capital Club and Madrid Chapter of Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO). In 2005 Rodrigo obtained a Telefónica R&D Innovation Award for the TaskMarket Project.

Ms. Mónica Maciá Barber
Board Member and Non-executive Partner

Mónica has a degree in the Science of Physical Activity and Sports (INEF) and a Masters in the Management of Sports Systems from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (valedictorian for the year of 2000). Certified trainer in aquatic fitness at the Speedo School in Canada and Certified Sttot in the method of Pilates. Being responsible for the physical activity area at the Casino of Madrid, she has developed specialized exercise programs directed toward the elderly and persons with physical ailments.
She has more than seven years of experience in the field of physical activity and health, and also in the implementation of integral exercise programs in centers for fitness and wellness that are focused on functional training.
Prior to this, she worked in the field of sports information for Onda IMEFE. She also participated in the Special Olympics Groningen 2000 project. For 10 years, she was a part of the Committee of Referees for the Spanish Federation of Soccer.
